There are lots of things to do and explore in and around the Combe Martin area.
The two main family attractions in Combe Martin are the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, with over 28 acres of fun for all ages and Watermouth Castle, which promises a packed day out with plenty of activities for all the family.
Rock pools on our beach can provide hours of entertainment for children, while the South West Coast Path passes through the village, with magnificent views across to Wales as well as to Lundy Island. Another unmissable place to visit!
Nearby is the spectacular Valley of the Rocks from where you can walk into Lynton and Lynmouth with their small cafes and restaurants, quaint shops and the Victorian Cliff Railway.
Ilfracombe is a Victorian seaside town and has a beautiful harbour home to the controversial Damien Hirst statue, Verity. From the harbour run many coastal boat tours, sea fishing trips and excursions to Lundy Island.
Exmoor Zoo is only a 10-minute drive away and was the winner of the best attraction in the south west 2012.
For sun worshippers and surfers, Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are some of the UK’s most beautiful beaches.
